Andrew has over 10 years of experience working in health-systems, including business development, finance, and 340B program oversight, as an experienced financial management leader in leading large, cross functional teams. Andrew’s past experiences and engagements include hospital and physician clinic mergers and acquisitions, service-line development, strategic planning, FP&A in excess of $300M in revenue, $70M op-ex, and $10M capital projects, and $340B program optimization to improve WAC% from 65% to 25% in less than 90 days. In 2012, Andrew was an instrumental part in leading a consulting firm to become one of the fastest growing most innovated healthcare companies in the United States (Inc. 500). Additionally, Andrew held a wide array of Board of Director roles including but not limited to: The East Tennessee Healthcare Executives Association, Student Membership Chair, Greater Charlotte Healthcare Executives (GCHEG), Audit and Finance Vice Chair, and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville Young Alumni Board, sponsorship chair. Andrew holds certifications from Healthcare Financial Management Association (CHFP), Association for Healthcare Resource Materials Management (CMRP), and Apexus (340B ACE)
