Before joining the professional coaching industry, she spent 15 years as president and CEO of Mobile Communications Corporation and then eight years as director of learning and development for a global pharmaceutical company. Baird serves as president of the International Coaching Federation – Tennessee Chapter and is an executive coach at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, coaching Executive MBA Students. A frequent panelist and speaker on subjects of leadership development, Baird has been the recipient of the ATHENA International Leadership Award.
