Brian Krumm is the director of the Business Clinic at University of Tennessee, Knoxville Haslam College of Business. He is also a professor in UT’s College of Law. Krumm co-authored “The Entrepreneurial Law Clinic Handbook” and “A Transactional Matter.”

Before joining UT, Krumm worked as an attorney, primarily representing small- and medium-sized businesses on matters of corporate governance, preparation of transactional documents and commercial and business litigation. Prior to attending law school, Krumm worked with Booz Allen Hamilton in New York City and Washington, D.C., and held several senior management positions with the Tennessee Valley Authority.
