Dana Carroll joined the Accounting and Information Management team in 2017 after working as a member of EY’s Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services (FIDS) group in Atlanta. She received a B.A. in sociology, a B.A. in theatre, a B.S. in accounting, and a M.Acc. degree from the University of Tennessee. Prior to pursuing her accounting degree, Dana worked as a 911 Dispatcher and Crime Analyst. She currently holds her CPA license in Tennessee and has passed the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) exam. Dana is also a Ph.D. student in the Higher Education Administration program at the University of Tennessee. Her research interests include technology and student experience and engagement. Dana serves as a lecturer with the Information Management group and assists the department as the MAcc program coordinator.
