Biography

Devin Fladd is the director of operations excellence at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where he leads initiatives to improve patient flow, care quality and systemwide efficiency. He has built his career at the intersection of healthcare leadership and operational transformation. Fladd also serves as adjunct faculty in Haslam’s Executive MBA program and College of Emerging and Collaborative Studies and remains active in alumni engagement, student mentorship and community involvement.

As a member of the Haslam Young Alumni Board, Fladd is excited to serve on the board as an opportunity to give back to a college that played a significant role in shaping his personal and professional growth. He values the strong Haslam network and is passionate about helping strengthen connections between alumni and current students. During his time on the board, he hopes to support mentoring initiatives, expand engagement opportunities for young alumni and help students better understand the career pathways available after graduation.
