Biography
Eric Ayers is a leadership coach, innovation consultant, author and creator of Sim | Rx™, a framework for transforming healthcare, leadership and culture by design. He teaches on organizational behavior in the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, where he integrates human-centered design, emotional intelligence and experiential learning to help students explore team dynamics and effective leadership.
Ayers is founder of emc² LLC, providing executive coaching, leadership development and innovation training for organizations across industries. He also coaches MBA students and healthcare executives through Haslam’s leadership programs.
