Biography

Garett Regan is a supply chain analyst at Tractor Supply Company, where he is responsible for optimizing the flow of inventory for the agriculture and recreation department while balancing cost, capacity and service levels. The role focuses on improving efficiency, profitability and customer service through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration. He enjoys the ability to work with multiple teams across different departments to achieve the best possible outcome for Tractor Supply and its customers.

As a member of the Haslam Young Alumni Board, Regan is excited to make a meaningful impact on current students and alumni to drive growth and connection with the university. He is also excited about the ability to give back directly to the university. During his time on the board, he hopes to mentor students to help them navigate the difficulties of college and the beginning of their careers. Regan also wants to support and find alumni who are looking for ways to engage with the university.
