Biography

Geoffrey Lea joined the Department of Economics in the fall of 2022. He holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from George Mason University. A dedicated teacher with 15 years in the classroom, he teaches principles and intermediate theory courses at the undergraduate level.

Beyond theory courses, his favorite areas are the history of economic thought, public sector economics, law and economics, and monetary economics.
