Biography

Hannah Franklin is an executive administrator in the Department of Accounting and Information Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. Throughout her career, Franklin has held a variety of role, and she brings over 16 years of extensive experience in the credit union industry to her position.

Franklin has been with UT since 2024 and is passionate about process improvement and project management. She works closely with the department head and assistant/associate department head to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all administrative functions.
