Biography

Heather Hancock is an administrative associate in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. She brings a diverse professional background spanning the biotechnology, legal, entertainment and government sectors. Most recently, she worked in San Diego as an executive assistant and office administrator for a biotechnology company focused on cancer research. Throughout her career, she has supported organizations in Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and abroad, developing extensive experience in administration, operations and executive support.

Heather has a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance from Arizona State University. While completing her degree, she served as an administrative assistant within the School of Humanities, Arts and Cultural Studies in the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences, further strengthening her passion for supporting academic communities.
