Jason Miglin leads the category management team across multiple services lines. He oversees the Preferred Supplier Program, providing expertise to maximize the $3+ billion in third-party spend while leveraging market capabilities to bring quality solutions and cost savings that align with business objectives. Jason is responsible for all aspects of Sourcing & Procurement as it relates to Category Management, Risk Management & Compliance, Supplier Performance Management, and Technology. He manages a team of category professionals, assessing and developing category strategies to optimize value across the supply chain. He leads the procurement evolution and transformation while impacting EBITDA.
