Jason Miglin leads the Cushman Wakefield category management team across multiple services lines. He oversees the preferred supplier program, providing expertise to maximize the over $3 billion in third-party spend while leveraging market capabilities to bring quality solutions and cost savings that align with business objectives. Miglin is responsible for all aspects of sourcing and procurement as they relate to category management, risk management and compliance, supplier performance management and technology. He manages a team of category professionals, assessing and developing category strategies to optimize value across the supply chain. Miglin leads the procurement evolution and transformation while impacting EBITDA.
