Biography
Captain John Luke Reagan is the resource management flight commander for the 78th Healthcare Operations Squadron at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. He manages financial and data operations for the Military Treatment Facility and oversees medical manning and budgets supporting 400 personnel, multiple surgical units, the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Component Headquarters and 50 DoD agencies. A Tennessee native, Reagan earned a B.S. in business administration from Haslam and an MBA in international business from the University of Memphis. Commissioned as a medical service corps officer in 2020, he has served in roles including facilities officer, squadron executive officer and expeditionary medical planner in Kuwait.
