Biography

Jonathan Harvey is a learning and development professional and business psychologist with more than 20 years of international experience in talent, learning and leadership and management development with national and multinational organizations. Delivering impact through alignment of organizational objectives, learning strategies and individual requirements is his focus.

Harvey has significant experience working with senior and executive leadership to build learning strategies, aligning and integrating learning within organizations to support overall strategic objectives. He is experienced in program delivery, facilitation, coaching, assessment, and in building teams to both manage and deliver learning to the highest standards. Particular personal interest in Executive leadership, leadership identity, cross cultural leadership, derailment and the role of personality in leadership are of particular interest to him.

As Executive Director for Haslam’s Leadership & Strategy Division, Harvey oversees programming that empowers leaders to expand their influence and build high-performing teams. He has worked extensively with senior and C-suite leaders and has led program design and delivery, facilitation, coaching, and assessment at the highest levels.

Harvey proudly leads the division in delivering executive education that adds tremendous value for enterprise leaders.
