Biography
Karen Bowling is an audit and assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP with more than 30 years of experience serving companies across manufacturing, retail, renewable energy, power and utilities. She provides audit services and quality reviews for companies ranging from pre-IPO businesses to seasoned SEC registrants. Bowling previously served as a partner in Deloitte’s national office, where she played a key role in PCAOB inspections, firmwide quality control and the development of audit guidance, policies and practice tools. In addition to serving on the AIM Roundtable Advisory Board, she is a member of the UT Foundation Board of Directors.
