Haslam College of Business - Lee Naughton

Biography

Lee Naughton is the assistant director for the graduate and executive education strategy and leadership programs at the University of Tennessee, Haslam College of Business. She also serves as a lecturer in Haslam’s Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, where she has designed and taught courses for management majors. In her previous experience managing a large human resources department, Naughton created and facilitated programs in leadership development and team building.
