Biography

Muyang Ren is an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. His research interests lie in micro-econometrics, where he applies statistical analysis and econometric techniques to understand economic behavior and causal relationships using individual-level data. Ren is prepared to teach econometrics at all levels, as well as undergraduate courses in empirical industrial organization and probability and statistics.
