Biography

Pam Donovan is the assistant department head and an associate professor of practice in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. Donovan taught at the Air Force Institute of Technology and the University of North Texas prior to joining Haslam in 2018.

Before her academic career, Donovan served as a career logistics officer in the U.S. Air Force, where she led organizations involved in humanitarian operations, cargo and warehousing operations, vehicle fleet management and maintenance, contingency planning and deployments. Donovan also worked at the U.S. Transportation Command, where she led efforts to reengineer supply chain processes for forward-deployed operations.
