Rehab Elkhiyat is a strategy, entrepreneurship and organizations Ph.D. student in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. Her research interest spans organization theory and entrepreneurship. Currently, her work explores how entrepreneurs navigate the evolving stakeholders’ social evaluation in emerging entrepreneurial ecosystems. Prior to pursuing her Ph.D., Elkhiyat worked directly with founders, venture capitalists and PEs through her job as a finance manager and later as a financial advisor with companies across M.E.A., the U.S. and Europe. She is a certified management accountant (CMA).
