As an Analyst, Russell supports both long-term and short-term commodity/divisional demand through planning, organizing, and execution. He works to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers as well as review transportation performance with customer centers against targets, benchmarks, and service agreements.

Why did you join HYAB?
“As a recent graduate in 2022, I feel obligated to be active in the community as well as involved within the UTK system. As I was scanning social media, I ventured onto this opportunity, and it aligned with my values. The ability to be on a committee while involved with the University of Tennessee was something that excites me, and especially being on a community that has influence. The ability to join a mentoring circle and use my platform within the network gives me the chance to outreach to new graduates as well as learn from others in my industry.”
