Biography

Sara Easler, PhD is the Assistant Dean of International Programs & Partnerships for the Haslam College of Business, responsible for the development of international strategy, relationships and identifying international education opportunities for students. She manages the International Programs and Study Abroad (IPSA) unit as part of the Center for Student Engagement & Success, serving as a resource for students, faculty and staff.

Easler joined Haslam from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina in Fall 2016. She holds a master of education and a doctorate in higher education administration from the University of South Carolina. Easler’s research focuses on the areas of litigation risk, equity, and access in international education. Her dissertation explored the extraterritoriality of U.S. federal law in international education.
