Savannah Asay is an assistant professor in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. Her research examines employee well-being and stress, identity and social evaluations at work and the work-nonwork interface. Her work with co-authors has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology. Asay’s research has been recognized with awards from the Academy of Management Organizational Behavior Division and Human Resources Division.
