Shannon McCloud is a graduate of Hollins College in Roanoke, VA. She was the executive director of A Secret Safe Place for Newborns of Tennessee for 15 years and has more than 20 years of experience in non-profit program management. Shannon earned her Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) designation in 2020. She has served with many community organizations and is currently the director of special projects for the National Safe Haven Alliance as well as a volunteer at her church. She enjoys UT football, baking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband are the parents of two children.
