Biography
Stephen Farley is the assistant director of International Programs and Study Abroad for the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. In this role, he contributes to the college’s goal of engaging Haslam undergraduate students in international opportunities.
Throughout his career, Farley has supported students through every stage of their study abroad experience. He brings a strong background as a student coach and advocate, with a proven commitment to serving learners from diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds.
Farley researches international education with a particular emphasis on expanding access and opportunity for underrepresented student populations. His current work examines the impact of education abroad programs on the career readiness for first generation college students.
