Tamara Boyer
Adjunct Lecturer
Tamara Boyer is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, where she teaches classes in negotiations, introduction to management, ethical leadership and solving complex business problems. In addition to teaching, Boyer serves as assistant general counsel to a regional bank. She earned her J.D. from Samford University and has practiced corporate law in banking and finance for more than 30 years. In the community, she serves as a board member for Junior Achievement of East Tennessee and the Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians. At UT, Boyer is a member of the Family Leadership Society and has served as a chancellor’s associate and on the boards of the McClung Museum and the UT Family Association.
