Biography

Ted Colpo is a lecturer in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. He has extensive leadership experience across general management, sales and operations, and his breadth of experience also includes finance, marketing, product and negotiations. Colpo has led businesses ranging from multibillion-dollar enterprises to early-stage ventures. His expertise centers on executive development, go-to-market strategy, customer success and operational excellence. Drawing on decades of experience across diverse industries and business environments, Colpo equips current and future leaders with practical strategies for driving growth, building high-performing teams and leading organizational transformation.
