Tory Kinson received his B.S. in business administration from The Citadel: Military College of South Carolina and his International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Over the past 30 years, he has worked as an executive leader for both Fortune 500 as well as privately held corporations. His work has taken him to 44 countries and five continents, and he also speaks Spanish and Portuguese.

Kinson loves the international business world. His passions are centered around being a global ambassador, helping people discover their gifts and mentoring our next generation of leaders. His passion for this led him to leave the corporate world behind and enter teaching as well as starting his own consulting business coaching leaders and helping small businesses scale up.

When he’s not working, his life revolves around his “four F’s”: faith, family, foreign travel and fishing.
