Vincent is currently the Director of Airport Operations Customer Service for United Airlines at its Denver hub. In this role, he is responsible for a team of approximately 900 employees and all customer-facing operations, serving 50,000 passengers per day. He has more than 17 years in the airline industry, beginning his career at United as a Customer Service Representative at the airline’s Newark, New Jersey hub after graduating from UT. He has held both airport operations and finance roles throughout the airline’s network based in Chicago, Venice, Italy, New York-LaGuardia, and San Francisco before moving to Denver. Vincent earned his MBA from Rutgers University-Newark with a concentration in accounting and has also spent time working for KPMG in their audit practice. Vincent brings the volunteer spirit to all he does as he enjoys his passions for customer service and aviation together.
