Biography
Zachary Thomas is a finance and treasury manager at the U.S. Soccer Federation where he focuses on all treasury and investment operations for the federation. He enjoys being a part of the day-to-day finance operations as well as focusing on the long-term investment strategies for the federation. He was drawn to U.S. Soccer because it gave him the opportunity to apply his finance and investment experience while also working for a prominent sports organization.
As a member of the Haslam Young Alumni Board, Thomas is excited to give back to the college by supporting students’ professional development while contributing to the college’s continued growth and success. Joining the young alumni board is meaningful to him because of the important role Haslam played in his personal and professional development.
During his time on the board, he hopes to connect with and mentor multiple students each year, helping them navigate internships, career decisions and their transition into the workforce.
Thomas is a season ticket holder for UT football and basketball.
