In Fortune’s recently released Best Executive MBA Programs for 2024, the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business placed No. 10 among public U.S. schools. Among both public and private U.S. colleges, Haslam secured the No. 19 spot. Fortune’s ranking methodology considered many factors, including where the leaders of America’s 1,000 biggest companies pursued their MBAs, online search volume for the schools, previous rankings and several other metrics provided by each institution.
Key Step in Career Success
According to Amy Cathey, distinguished lecturer and associate dean for graduate and executive education at Haslam, the ranking reflects feedback from students who consider their Haslam Executive MBA to be a key component of their post-MBA career success.
“Our faculty make experiential learning an essential part of their course offerings, which is easily translatable to real work situations,” she says. “Additionally, our programming is designed to be accessible through multiple modalities, including in-person, online and hybrid formats, enabling professionals around the globe to take part. We are grateful to Fortune for acknowledging our efforts to provide an outstanding academic and experiential curriculum in our executive MBA programs.”
