Building Proprietary AI Systems
Why, When, and How
In this collaborative presentation, Wenjun Zhou discusses how AI systems can be built to help companies create value. Reviewing the process of building proprietary AI systems, she engages industry executives Rod Bates and Jeanna Schoonmaker from Insight Global to address the fundamental questions of why, when and how the process can be done. The speakers draw from their perspectives and will explore the strategic advantages of custom AI solutions, the practical considerations weighing the costs and benefits and the methodological considerations essential for success. Through a blend of practical insights and theoretical frameworks, they illuminate the path towards harnessing AI while navigating quality assurance, incorporating the human factors and fostering responsible innovation.
