The Department of Business Analytics at the Haslam College of Business is excited to present its new Business Analytics (BA) Friday Webinar. The series introduces participants to important issues in the world of business analytics and statistics, with faculty sharing their knowledge, expertise and insights.

Adam Petrie
Adam Petrie a seasoned educator and practitioner in the field of business analytics with a deep passion for and expertise in visualization. Having taught in the Business Analytics and Statistics department for over 16 years, he is responsible for designing the undergraduate business analytics capstone class and directing the JTV Center for Applied Business Analytics, both of which emphasize visualization and communication skills for presenting analytics insight. One of his favorite activities is sitting down with a student and coaching them how to craft a visualization that most effectively tells the story they have in mind.
