The Early Career Accounting Alumni Board (ECAAB) is composed of accounting alumni who have graduated within the past 10 years. Each board member serves a staggered three-year term and brings unique perspectives across a variety of industries and service lines. ECAAB helps us keep a pulse on the changing needs of early career accounting professionals, allowing us to make strategic changes to our curriculum to ensure AIM graduates can confidently step into successful careers after graduation. They also help us identify ways to support early career accounting alumni, which includes the AIM Early Career Leadership Conference.
