Engage with Employers
The University of Tennessee offers a number of career fairs throughout the year. These provide students with opportunities to talk with a number of employers all in one central location.
The Haslam College of Business (HCB) expects employers to abide by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Principles for Professional Practice and all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations in their hiring process. In addition, in an effort to create consistency across companies that recruit at HCB and to support undergraduate students in making informed employment decisions, we have established recommended offer guidelines.
