Office of Access and Community Connections Professional Development Trips
The Office of Access and Community Connections takes selected students on professional development trips during the Fall and Spring semesters.

The Office of Access and Community Connections takes selected students on professional development trips during the Fall and Spring semesters. The objective is to allow students to meet with representatives from various organizations and tour their facilities to give a first-hand view of what a career in that industry might entail. We work with our corporate partners to organize professional development trips to plan site visits, tours, and engagement opportunities for selected students. For students to be eligible to participate, there is an application and essay that students must submit to the Office of Access and Community Connections. Transportation, lodging, and most meals are provided for students.
