Clarence L. Vaughn III is the director of the Office of Access and Community Connections (OACC) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business. As the OACC director, Vaughn strategically leads an integrated vision and shared responsibility for facilitating the college’s strategic goals and fostering a campus culture that respects and appreciates individual differences.
