Over the course of the semester, selected students attend four sessions taught by business executives.

Program participants are paired with a mentor to aid students in navigating academic and professional development objectives. Educational learning is supported through several core initiatives, including academic support, retention programming and professional development opportunities.

Past speakers include Mintha Roach, former president and CEO of the Knoxville Utilities Board, and Meghann Erhart, vice president of supply chain strategy and strategic sales for Pilot/Flying J.
Speakers invited to the summit have made their voices heard working in industries in which women are often underrepresented. They seek to provide Haslam students, faculty and staff with inspiration and to serve as role models.
