Haslam’s Office of Access and Community Connections (OACC) proudly offers enriching programs for high school students, current Haslam students and college faculty and staff.
Talented high school students interested in learning more about college and business are invited to apply to one of our four summer programs.

The OACC provides professional and leadership development opportunities, as well as a forum to drive college change, to Haslam faculty and staff.
The OACC at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Haslam College of Business hosts four free business programs during the summer.

Beyond our dedication to serving students, we are also passionate about involving faculty and staff to create a more inclusive, equitable college community.
Our Professional Development Fund supports continuous learning and professional development for staff, providing a chance for staff of all backgrounds to enrich themselves, their careers and the college.
Haslam faculty and staff also make up the Connections and Engagement Council, which works to unite the strategic initiatives of the college.
Faculty and Staff Lunch and Learn Series is provided by the Office of Access and Community Connections through the support of the Office of the Dean for the Haslam College of Business. Faculty and Staff members are provided with educational and informative sessions about topics related to higher education, inclusive leadership, and cultural competency.
