Andrew Adams has over 10 years of experience in health systems, including business development, finance and 340B program oversight. He is as an experienced financial management leader of large, cross functional teams. Adams’ past experiences and engagements include hospital and physician clinic mergers and acquisitions, service-line development and strategic planning. He was instrumental in leading a consulting firm to become one of the fastest growing most innovated healthcare companies in the United States — Inc. 500. Additionally, he has held various board of director roles for several organizations, including the East Tennessee Healthcare Executives Association, Greater Charlotte Healthcare Executives and the UT Young Alumni Board.
