Jeff Kudisch is a scholar-practitioner who blends research-based insight with real-world leadership development. In addition to his role as an executive leadership coach with the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Haslam College of Business’ Emerging Leaders program, he also serves as Executive MBA faculty director and teaching professor at Villanova School of Business, where he leads the EMBA program and teaches across executive and graduate programs. Previously, he was Villanova School of Business’ associate dean of corporate relations and executive education.
Kudisch spent 18 years at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business in leadership roles including assistant dean and managing director of career services. He has coached and taught students at all levels and earned multiple top teaching and mentoring awards.
He is also co-founder of Personnel Assessment Systems, Inc., advising clients like Lockheed Martin, NIH and Under Armour on leadership, talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
