Biography

Brad Andrews works in specialty drug access and payer contracting at MUSC Health in Charleston, South Carolina. He builds partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesalers and health-system specialty pharmacies nationwide to expand access to FDA-approved therapies and monitor the global pipeline for emerging treatments. Andrews works closely with providers, pharmacists and technicians to integrate complex products into clinical workflows, while also supporting financial operations, budget planning and procurement. A 340B Apexus Certified Expert, he serves on the hospital advisory council sponsored by Apexus, a subsidiary of Vizient.

“The Haslam College of Business provided me an exceptional education. However, my time at HCB continues to pay dividends in a multitude of ways that are non-academic. Yes, I learned the language of business and how to lead in a professional environment, but HCB at the University of Tennessee is simply different. The faculty and staff make it a place to grow and develop as a young adult. It is a place to find yourself, your passions, and all that you seek to accomplish in this world.
