Haslam College of Business Elana Ladd

Elana is currently a Unit General Manager Designate for PepsiCo Beverages in Memphis, Tennessee at their Collierville location. She graduated from the University of Tennessee in the Fall of 2020. Directly after college, Elana started with PepsiCo in Columbia, South Carolina as a Sales District Leader Designate, and then moved to Cookeville, Tennessee in 2022 as a Large Format Sales District Leader prior to her current role that she started in February of 2023. Elana completed her Professional MBA Program in Haslam and graduated in December of 2023. Outside of work, Elana is from Clarksville, Tennessee and enjoys any and all sporting events, spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Millie.

Why did you join HYAB?
“To stay connected with the college, help make decisions for future students and voice my opinion to help connect alumni with students. I had a lot of questions when I was in undergrad and if I can help in any way, I will.”
