PepsiCo Power of One: Diversity Leadership Development Program
The PepsiCo Power of One: Diversity Leadership Development program prepares juniors and seniors in the Haslam College of Business to work in fields or organizations where workplace diversity is a reality.
Over the course of the semester, selected students attend four sessions taught by PepsiCo executives. Session topics include:
- Building the business case for diversity
- Understanding what diversity in business really means
- How to manage in a diversity workplace
- What diversity means for you and your career
