A&D Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management
Course Description
This course is designed to provide a summary of important supply chain fundamentals and concepts. Utilizing the integrating supply chain philosophy, we will review the “Plan, Source, Make, Deliver” model with emphasis on the different supply chain processes and the connections between functions and across firms. This course uses applied learning techniques and case studies to increase student learning, emphasizing student involvement in exercises, discussion, and interaction. We utilize mixed modal live instruction; both in person and online.
The course is tailorable to your needs, including core fundamentals lessons to create a common foundation of understanding, and also scalable to advanced discussions on supply chain strategy, risk, and network design.
Designed to maximize learning and minimize time away from the office, this 3 day course is composed of the following blocks:
