Create an MBA-based advancement program for your healthcare team to develop critical business “hard skills” and foundational leadership approaches. The Academy delivers a series of highly participatory educational sessions that are led by Haslam expert faculty and framed by your organization’s senior leaders. The program can be targeted for cohorts of physicians, nurses, clinical staff, administrative professionals, or a mix of roles. The program can also be configured to strengthen physician and administrator dyads and physician, nursing, and administrator triads.
